Tracking information is typically sent by email within 3 business days of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss and title for the item passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Because Mycovera sells soap and personal care products, all sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges as a standard policy. We do not accept returns on gift cards.
